1. What we collect
Name, email, phone, and — for a booking — pet details (species, count, names, any vaccination confirmation) and payment details processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We collect only what’s needed to run a booking.
2. How we use it
To operate bookings between owners and kennels, to verify a kennel’s licence, and to contact you about a booking. We don’t sell personal data.
3. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. Signed-in users can submit either request from their profile page; we action requests by hand and confirm once done.
4. Retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and dispute purposes, then delete them.
